Feb 25, 2017 Hi, I am using Windows 10 and using Plex app from windows store. It plays fine when not full screen but once I put the app full screen, the app goes black. I can hear the sound and see the controls, however no video. I am using dual monitors if that helps and have Nvidia graphics driver. The plex app is running on the dedicated card.
